Camp Directors

TERM
The term for a preferred placement camper recruitment listing is one year, defined as being twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of activation. Please contact billing@campchannel.com if you would like to obtain your camp's specific term dates.

RENEWAL
Upon completion of an existing term, client is given the option to renew services. The cost & terms for renew shall be made available to client approximately thirty (30) days prior to existing term's expiration. Renewal of services is not automatic and there is no contractual obligation to renew.

CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS ACCESSIBILITY
It is entirely client's responsibility to insure one's email address (as reflected within listing) is accurate and functional.

MULTIPLE LISTING POLICY
Limit of one listing per camp location. All Listings must adhere to CampRentalChannel.com's current multiple listing policy, which is subject to change. The most recent multiple listing policy can be found at:

WEB ADDRESS INFORMATION PROHIBITED
Inclusion of any information pertaining to website of client is prohibited and is subject to immediate removal by Camp Channel. This includes, but is not limited to: display of email address in any other field except the one designated specifically for email, as well as hints or specific directions with respect to how to obtain a web address by using a search engine.

CAMPER & STAFF RECRUITMENT FOR PRIMARY CAMP SESSIONS PROHIBITED
Referencing your camp's primary session and programming for campers is permitted in so far as providing a context about the general nature of your camp and facilities. However, whereas CampRentalChannel.com has been developed to facilitate group rentals of camp facilities, the inclusion of language to directly market your camp's primary session(s) or for staff recruitment purposes is prohibited and subject to immediate removal by CampRentalChannel.com.

INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN ALL CAPS PROHIBITED
With the exception of acronyms, abbreviations, or a verifiable official use of your camp / program name, the use of ALL CAPITAL letters within a listing is prohibited. This policy has been established to create a level playing field among all listings as well as to insure content on CampRentalChannel.com is not perceived as SPAM by external search engines.

REQUIRED FIELDS
It is necessary to accurately complete all required fields contained within a new listing application or modification form.

LISTING FORMAT UPDATES
Client agrees that listing format and or structure may change periodically as a result of website modifications by CampRentalChannel.com. Such changes may occur in the midst of an existing listing term. Only features explicitly denoted for a particular listing cited on the following page shall be maintained for the duration of all listing terms:

CORRESPONDENCE WITH CampRentalChannel.com
You agree to receive periodic informational updates pertaining to your listing on CampRentalChannel.com in order to maintain an up to date and accurate database as well as to keep you informed about the latest developments on CampRentalChannel.com

INDEMNIFICATION
By submitting your information on-line your camp or organization warrants and represents that none of the materials prepared or information furnished to CampRentalChannel.com for use in the CampRentalChannel.com Web Site is inaccurate or infringes any copyright, is libelous or otherwise violates the rights of other persons and that your camp agrees to indemnify and hold Camp Channel, Inc. (CampRentalChannel.com) and its affiliates and any of their officers directors, employees, agents and successors and assigns harmless of and from any and all actions, suits, proceedings, judgments demands or claims, (whether valid or invalid) liabilities, losses or expenses (including attorney's fees) are incurred with respect to third party claims relating to such matters.
