Magnolia and Providence Cabins
These two larger cabins can host up to 24 people overnight in one of their 4 bedrooms. Each cabins has 4 full baths, with handicap accessible showers, large meeting space, wifi and kitchenette. These cabins are the perfect space to host a full retreat without ever having to leave the comfort of your living space!

Retreat Cabins
Our retreat cabins are perfect for small groups. Each of our four retreat cabins has two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, and a small meeting space. Each bedroom houses 5 bunk beds to accommodate up to 10 people, for a total of 20 per cabin.

Food Service at Bethelwoods is traditionally* served buffet style, giving guests a variety of options to choose from. Breakfast includes hot coffee, tea options, juice, cereal, main entree and side item. For lunch and dinner we provide a main entree, side item, full salad bar, coffee, tea, juice, or lemonade and a dessert.

Dietary restrictions and requests can be accommodated with advance notice to ensure that our Food Service staff have the opportunity to plan and stock accordingly.

Lake Lodge can accommodate up to 120 people at round tables. Standard meal times at 8:30am, 12:30pm, and 6:00pm. Menus and time adjustments can be negotiated up to two weeks prior to events, retreats, and conferences.

Our Outdoor Chapel is a sacred space available to any of our guests. Backed up to the serene lake, this amphitheater style space brings people of all ages together around a raise firepit and is the perfect place for churches, youth groups, families, or anyone to gather together in creation and worship our creator God.

Labyrinth's are often thought of as thin spaces where we are able to feel the closeness of God. Hidden among our Pine trees you will find this peaceful and sacred place where you are invited to walk the winding path like so many before.

Horton Lodge can be used for indoor religious services. It has a large meeting space that can accommodate up to 200 seated people.

Horton Lodge

This building has a stone fireplace and beautiful timber-frame construction. It has a large meeting space that can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. Horton Lodge also has a full size kitchen, two bathrooms, two break-out meeting rooms (that hold 25 and 48 people in chairs), and a wrap-around porch.

Hopkins Lodge

​Excellent views of our lake and seating for plenty. This building has a fireplace and overlooks the lake. Hopkins Lodge seats 100 people in chairs or 64 people in chairs around 8 round tables. Hopkins Lodge also has a kitchen, two restrooms, and a covered porch (with rocking chairs).

Picnic Shelter

This shelter has a grill, fireplace, sink, water fountain, handicap-accessible restrooms, and picnic tables to accommodate up to 100 people. Directly adjacent the Picnic Shelter is also a large softball field and sand volleyball pit.

he Pool is a perfect place for birthday parties! Rented by the hour (2 hour minimum), or by the day, the pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day for guests to enjoy.

Our 156 acres are far enough away from town to feel like you are getting away from it all yet only 9 miles from downtown Rock Hill, 33 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and 30 miles from downtown Charlotte, NC. Wireless internet access is available throughout most locations.

For our Guest groups, we offer complete packages to meet each groups specific needs that include linens for the beds, food service, and custom team building programs. Each group is also greeted by an on site Host that will be available day or night to assist with any needs that might arise.
